Public Hearing Notice
The Town of Richfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 13, 2020, at 7:00 PM at the Richfield Town Hall, 18 East James Street, Richfield Springs, to hear all interested parties for or against the application of R J Snyder Properties, LLC to create a subdivision for SBL #13.20-1-3.02, property located at 3178 US 20, Richfield Springs. The owner on file being R J Snyder Properties, LLC.

 

SEALED BID NOTICE

The Town of Richfield is accepting sealed bids for a surplus V-Plow. Interested bidders may inspect the V-Plow at the Shale Bed on Mower Rd in Richfield Springs. Bids may be sent to the attention of the Town Clerk, PO Box 786, Richfield Springs, NY 13439, or hand delivered to the clerk at 18 E. James Street, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 am-11:30 am. All bids must be received by 11:30 am, July 20, 2020.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM TO REDUCE NUMBER OF TOWN JUSTICES FROM TWO TO ONE

 

NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Richfield, Otsego County, New York, at a special meeting thereof held on June 1, 2020 duly adopted pursuant to section 60-a (2) of the Town Law, a resolution subject to a permissive referendum, the purpose and effect of which is to Reduce the Number of Town Justices from Two to One effective January 1, 2021.
