NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE

ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE YEAR 2024

(Pursuant to Section 506 & 526(1)- Real Property Tax Law)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor(s) for the TOWN OF RICHFIELD, COUTY OF OSTEGO, STATE OF NEW YORK has/have completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year. The Tentative Assessment Roll is available for inspection until June 6, 2024.

The Assessor(s), or someone designated by the Assessor(s), will be with the Tentative Assessment Roll on the following dates and times, by phone appointment only at 315.725.5636:

May 14, 2024 between the hours of 11:30am- 1:30pm, also on

May 21, 2024 between the hours of 11:30am-1:30pm, also on

May 28, 2024 between the hours of 11:30am-1:30 pm, also on

June 4, 2024 between the hours of 11:30am-1:30 pm

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the Board of Assessment Review will meet on June 6, 2024, at 18 East James Street, Richfield Springs, during the hours of 4PM- 8PM, for the purpose of hearing and examining all complaints relative to assessments. A publication titles “How to File A Complaint on Your Assessment” and complaint forms are available from the Assessor. Complaint Forms must be signed and filed before hearing is heard.
