PLANNING BOARD MEETING

The regular meeting of the Town of Richfield Planning Board was held on Monday, September 8, 2014, at the Richfield Town Hall.  The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Urtz.  Other board members in attendance were Andela, Sullivan, Sylvester, Woodrow, and alternate Harris.

Motion to approve minutes of the August 11, 2014 meeting by Sylvester, second by Woodrow.  Sullivan – yes, Sylvester – yes, Woodrow – yes, Urtz – yes.  Board member Andela arrived after the vote was called.

Dan Sullivan reported that the committee reviewing the Telecommunications Law has had two meetings.  The committee consists of Francis Enjem, Paul Palumbo, Cyndy Andela (Janet Sylvester will sit in as an alternate if Cyndy is unavailable), Dan Sullivan, and Carol Frigault.  The committee will not be dragging things out.  They are looking at laws from other towns and are looking at creating an actual application and checklist.

Board member Woodrow commented that the current law tells applicants what they need, but there should be a form.  With a form you can control the sequence of information.

Motion to adjourn at 7:16 PM by Sullivan, second by Sylvester.  Andela – yes, Sullivan – yes, Sylvester – yes, Woodrow – yes, Urtz – yes.
