PLANNING BOARD MEETING

The regular meeting of the Town of Richfield Planning Board was held on Monday, June 9, 2014, at the Richfield Town Hall.  The meeting was call to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Urtz.   Other board members in attendance were Sylvester, Sullivan, and alternate Harris.  Board members Andela and Woodrow were absent.

There is one correction to the May 12, 2014, minutes.  It should be noted that board member Sylvester was absent.  Motion to approve minutes of May 12, 2014, by Sullivan, second by Sylvester.  Sylvester – yes, Sullivan – yes, Urtz – yes.

The survey map that Chairman Urtz signed last March has been returned for a new signature because when the involved parties tried to file the map with the county they were told that the time for filing after the map was signed had expired.  The board agreed that Chairman Urtz could stamp and sign the map again with the current date.

Dan Sullivan reported on the conference he attended on climate change.  Most of the attendees were government officials.  He was the only person representing the agricultural community.

Motion to adjourn at 7:25 PM by Sullivan, second by Sylvester.  Sylvester – yes, Sullivan – yes, Urtz – yes.
