PLANNING BOARD MEETING

The regular meeting of the Town of Richfield Planning Board was held on Monday, October 13, 2014, at the Richfield Town Hall.  The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Urtz.  Other board members in attendance were Sullivan, Woodrow, and alternate Harris.

Board member Sullivan reported on edits being made to the cell tower law.   Some of the edits include updating the fee structure, setback limits, and making it more reasonable for applicants to conform to the insurance requirement.

Board member Woodrow asked if there was any discussion of which board will handle the application.  That will be determined by the town board.

Motion to adjourn at 7:13 PM by Woodrow, second by Sullivan.  Sullivan – yes, Woodrow – yes, Urtz – yes.
