TOWN BOARD MEETING

A special meeting of the Richfield Town Board was held on Monday, August 11, 2014, at the Richfield Town Hall.  The meeting was called to order at 8:00 PM by Supervisor Enjem.  Other board members in attendance were Bond, Eckler, Palumbo, and Snyder.

Motion by Bond, second by Snyder that consistent with the provisions of Town Law Section 42 that the position of deputy supervisor in the Town of Richfield be abolished effective immediately.  Bond – yes, Eckler – yes, Palumbo – yes, Snyder – yes, Enjem – no.

Motion by Eckler, second by Bond that in the absence of the supervisor board member Palumbo is an authorized signer on the town checking accounts.  Bond – yes, Eckler – yes, Palumbo – yes, Snyder – yes, Enjem – no.

Board member Eckler asked if Gustafson & Co. have received all the information they requested?  The supervisor still needs to provide a few documents.

Motion to adjourn at 8:10 PM by Bond, second by Snyder.  Bond – yes, Eckler – yes, Palumbo – yes, Snyder – yes, Enjem – yes.
